Opioids Took Tylenol 3s earlier then Fiorinal now. NEED ANSWER

Yeah I know, I just never had chest pains like i have now, that is why I was wondering. Thanks for the response
 
it's more than likely from combining respiratory depressants, it's a dangerous combo in higher doses
 
I know, but since it has been 7 hours since i took the tylonel it should almost be out of my system.
 
I know but 80mg is not that high, and it is not like I took the tylonel at the same time, it was over 7 hours ago.
