1. When posting a new thread, please make sure to put the date, location, and name of the event in the subject. Location means city/state NOT just club/venue.If you fail to do so your post will be closed. We want to know where and when an event is without having to open the thread.

2. Only threads from the Southeast region go in this forum. If the event is not being held in the Southeast states then do not post the thread in this forum.

3. There is absolutely NO drug discussion allowed in this forum. If we feel that your post violates this rule then it will be deleted immediately and reported to the administrators for further actions.

4. Please check and make sure there is not already a thread open on an event before you start a new thread. If there is one already open then your thread will be closed. There will be no duplicate threads on events unless the event is cancelled or moved to a different venue and the information is important for people who will be going to the event.

5. If you are looking for information on what will be going on in a specific area while you are in town, please put the dates and the area you will be staying at in the topic of the reply to the appropriate state roll call as well as stating specifics on what you are looking for (example: age limit for event, if you need/have a ride, etc.). This information should be put into the state roll call - as there is probably already some material in there discussing the bars/clubs of the major cities as well as a way for you to see who else is in the area that might show you around, or indicate some local shows that are weekly locals and aren't necessarily advertised as "an event".

6. There will be only ONE roll call thread allowed per area. The one that was opened first will remain open any new ones that are started for the same area will be closed.

If you have any questions or concerns with the guidelines please feel free to contact a moderator or an administrator via email. The moderators and administrators withhold the right to delete, move, or close any thread that we find inappropriate.
