There was an article in Ministry magazine last month about the bloke who does analysis of all the seized gear in the UK for a CD-ROM called TICTAC, used by the medical professions and the police to identify both prescription drugs and illegal/suspected illegal pills, powders etc. Being a total sievehead I have completely lost the magazine and can't remember where he worked but I am trying to get hold of the CD-ROM with the results. I'll let you know if I'm successful. Then you'll be able to anonymously send pills to the lab (if someone could remind me where it is I'd like to know) and I'll pick up the results in the CD-ROM. It's updated quarterly so there'll probably be a bit of a delay, but there always is with these things anyway.
