Dealer refunds?

Has anyone here ever had to get a refund off a dealer? What sort of approach did you take when asking the dealer about it?
 
i have a good relationship with all my dealers - i tell them straight out the product is shit and i'm not happy - they either replace with other stuff or give me it very cheap - i'm a good customer though :p


if it's only a casual relationship i think you should either forget about it and find someone new - or next time just ask what the stuff is like and make a light comment that the last stuff wasn't that good
 
Godamn, that was hysterical, you must fashion yourself quite the joker.

You're more likely to get your ass shot by a dealer than get a refund. Man, that's the best laugh i've had in awhile, thanks for it.
 
I'm not sure what it's like in America, but at least where I'm from dealers aren't gun toting gang bangers or something like that. All the ones I've dealt with have been around my age and usually either friends or friends of friends.

mike0: yeah as you've probably guessed I got a pretty raw deal recently. The person is a friend of a friend so I guess I'll just have to see how it plays out.
 
If you've bought ecstasy tablets that turned out to be either speed or ketamine or just totally bunk and you've gotten quite a few for the regular price it would be worth asking for a refund or a replacement. If they're just weak but still tested MDxx, well thats just how the game is. Take more at once.

But if you got ripped and theyre duds or speed bombs, then go back to the guy. Tell him you wanted ecstasy and not garbage.

Mosat of the time dealers will have ticked pills to sell them or they would of spent their profit already so you may be outta luck. If the guy wants to keep you as a customer then he should sort you out.
 
i just lost $450 because my dealer got arrested. ill let you guys know if i get my money back.

I think if they want your business again, especially if you can bring back some of the dud merch, they should oblige.. or risk getting badmouthed.

I recently bought some acid that i'm sure was cardboard... twice in a row... the dealer "forgot to put it on" the first time.... the second time... well who knows? but i doubt he'll be getting any business from us or anyone else we know... plus everyone else will know that he's not to be trusted... that's very bad for business...
 
Dealers will always have an excuse to why you wont get refunded. They will just blame the people "above" them, their supplier. and say they can't do anything about it.
 
The dealers i know only offer refunds if you can provide a reciet.

Most dealers I know have tested the product themselves, so they really have no excuse. When I used to drop pills/ecstasy my pill dealer would actually go out of her way the night I bought the substance off her to ask me what I thought of the pills. But, she was a cruisy chick that didn't seem greedy like alot of dealers can be.

As for things like meth or Heroin. Well, I suppose you really have to just accept the fact that there's extremely unpure stuff going around. Alot of dealers I know don't even bother cutting their gear anyways... they just buy it as is and take the risk that it could be shitty quality. Just like the guy above them and the guy above them and so on...

There are some genuine people in the illicit drug trade. But, unfortunately alot of them consider it deal done once the transactions been made.

I suggest that if you're not happy with your product to just ring your dealer up or email him/her saying, politely of course... that you weren't too satisfied with the quality of the product.

But, I wouldn't be asking for refunds, unless you want to get laughed at or get told to fuck off!
 
If they value your business, they should offer you some sort of discount on your next purchase, its not always possible to give refunds.

I know a guy that got fired from the casino, because some dumb bitch that worked with him used the work email to ask him how much a certain amount of pills would cost

Funny thing is, hes a teacher now.
 
I've been offered a discount on the next purchase after coming on reasonably aggressively. Another time bringing up that the last stuff was underweight got a promise i would sorted with more next time, then next time the promise was made again but at least it meant the stuff i got after i complained weighed up.

I reckon go back complain and tell them you expect a refund, if there not willing tell them you won't be giving them any return business and you'll be letting everyone know how shit their stuff is if they're not going to fix you up but beyond that it's probably not worth it unless it was a really sizeable amount of money.

Splatt's right they will blame the person above them but tell them that it's their responsibility to provide you with good drugs and you don't care about the person above them because you dealt with them so its on them to make it right, if it's the person above them's fault then it's their problem to sort it out with them after they've returned your money

The dealer has NO RESPONISIBILITY TO YOU. Its not a regulated industry.

If i went to a dealer with some cock and bull story about how i expect a minimum quality of drugs, they would tell me to fuck off and go else where.

This is such a stupid fucking topic.
No dealer has any responisbility to give you a refund.
Its buyer beware.
 
I have received a full refund for a decent amount of pills (were k bombs) and went and bought off another dealer.

Yeah sure, buyer beware does exist in the drug industry, but since it is not a regulated industry because drugs are illegal, dealers owe a personal obligation to the purchaser that they at least get what they ask for.

And in MY opinion, i believe if someone breaks a moral obligation, then aggression is perfectly warranted.

However, if your dealer is someone not to mess with... its buyer beware
 
=D Lol! Great topic! 8) If someone asked me for a "refund" I'd stright away know they had no idea how the drugs business works and piss myself laughing at them! Buyer beware is right, get to know who your intrusting your health to via purchasing drugs.. Then I shouldn't be difficult to let them know your not happy. Or else.. arm yourselves... to the teeth =D
 
i think it all depends on where you are 'ranked' in the game, how 'close' you are to the dealer. Chances are if you're some n00b kid - you've lost your cash. When i started taking drugs, we'd find a guy - and pills would be good for a month or 2, then get a shit one - never call that guy again. Next guy comes along.. same thing. Eventually we all got a lil older, began meeting people higher up and then it became alot easier to score.

So now i'm close friends with some dealers, drugs are (would u believe it) cheaper, and generally of high quality.

One day you'll get some kind of 'rank' and you'll figure out where u stand - and base how likely you are to get ripped off from this.

Well the dealers I know are actually quite friendly. They like to see their customers have a good time.

It was only last week one of their customers complained about some pills and he exchanged it for another. No problems.

It comes down to how well you know them I think.

Or you can look at it like this:

If your dealer is just some little puck who wants to much a buck then use some aggression and get your way.
But
If he’s well connected in the chain and will haply put you in a world of pain. Just leave a brief comment on your next purchase :D
