Finding "bumpers" online

I'm not sure if this would be a bad post or not, if it is delete it and I appologize.

I've been looking online for a place to buy a "bumper" (that's what it's called around here). It's basically a vial to place a random substance in, with a top you screw on. When you flip it upside down with your thumb on the top, turn a cap/screw some product falls out. Flip it back right side up and there is a small bump on the top of the cap.

Anyone know if these are available online?
 
Here we call them bullets. I'll try looking, but usually you can find them in any head shop or shady porn store.

I must have ordered like $400 cdn worth of stuff from there, lmao.
