A small, white circle pill, reading M2A3 then below it, under a horizontal line, is 57344. Any help here?

how'd you come across this? do you have any ideas as to what it it suposed to be or what you think it might be?
untill i find something else, i'd say otc

Um, well my dad is a nurse, and I found the pill in the car with no wrapping or container anywhere. So it could very well be anything.

yeah, i couldn't find it anywhere, it's probably tylenol or advil or something--i could only find anything with the 57344 on them not the rest(and those were vitamin C and cold medicine)-----------sorry for all the questions, but it helps the looking if i know what it's "suposed" to be. maybe one day you'll find something good
