At the moment I'm on a break from eating pills each weekend, Its been five weeks since I've had them and I'm noticing that I've got some serious jaw problems. At night time B4 i sleep my jaw is really tight and uncomfortable, my girlfriend says that I've been grinding my teeth heaps while I sleep aswell, when I'm at work (fish and chips) I clentch my teeth while doing things with my hands eg. dishes. It really sucks. I've never had problems with my jaw untill I've had this break from the pills. fuck maybe I should go back to eating them every week end:) . Anyone else experienced this B4?

It sounds like your suffering from 'Bruxism', my dentist diagnosed me with the problem. As a result I wear a splint, basically a mouth guard, when I sleep at night to stop me tearing apart my teeth any more. Its hard to diagnose something over the internet though, go a see a specialist to make sure.

Taking magnesium can help with jaw tension but it depends whats causing it. There is a few threads around bluelight on jaw/muscle tension and bruxism if you do a search.

I have also suffer/suffered with 'nocturnal bruxia' that has been diagnosed with the dentist and is related to stress, and its not that uncommon. I had a splint made up but had difficulty using it, however it is rare that I grind my teeth now when I am asleep. You should see your dentist and they can diagnose and treat it.

Yeah i get that when im just doing normal things. It sucks. It gets worse when I smoke weed...makes my teeth feel weird...

I used to bite my nails, but it seems nowadays i just grind my teeth!!!

I have been doing pills for around 3 years and after about a year I started noticing my jaw when I am concertrating. I dont grind my teeth though. It is weird.

Try having a ZINC tablet before you roll. They are readily available at all Natural Vitamin stores. This will stop you from clenching up..
