Pill testing kits you can buy in Central Station Records shop on the Oxford Street in the city.

No I mean like home tests for drugs in your system

So far I know there is no such thing.
Drug testing needs to be performed in specialysed labs through Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy (GC/MS) confirmatory tests, but I might be wrong and just didn't hear about a testing kit for home use.
Maybe some reagents for urine or blood testing for specific drugs but I don't really think so.

There most certainly is. But I need one of the above in a hurry. At the same time does anyone know of a clinic with on site pathology where i can get my results fast?

Princess Purple - I don't have much to add on your local pharmacy situation... but going by the links you gave this page indicates that AccuSign home drug-of-abuse tests are available at ChemMart in SA & NT and at Pharmacy 777 in WA. There are no specific stores listed for the east coast states, but I do know there are ChemMart stores in VIC, so possibly a store near you would stock these.

An alternative would be to phone them and ask if there are distributors of AccuSign near Paramatta. It looks like they cost about $210 per test (per drug?).
