Thai police have charged a man selling methamphetamines on the promise that 30% of his profit wouls go to tsuami victims.
Nopporn Thongthammachart, 31, was caught yesterday in possession of 300 tablets.
"I felt business would pick up if I decided to donate some of the money," he said.
He claimed he had given $444 to people in southern Thailand.
