a-methyl-p-tyrosine --how can i take it?

is there anyway to take this in a vitamin pill?
a-methyl-p-tyrosine
I have L-Tyrosine tablets, are these the same?
Here is a quote from the dancesafe E slideshow "in 1988, it was discovered that pre-treating rats with a-methyl-p-tyrosine, a substance which inhibits the synthesis of dopamine, prevents MDMA neurotoxicity"
Many ppl have told me L-Tyrosine is a precursor of Dopamine though so i don't want to take it. I want reduced dopamine levels so that my brain cannot uptake dopamine in my empty serotonin reuptake transporters.
anyhelp is much appreciated, cause i am keen to figure out something to take that will reduce dopamine levels the next day after i have dropped an E.

As a-methyl-p-tyrosine is a catecholamine synthesis inhibitor, it makes sense, but I don't know if it available as supplement of any sort.
I posted the question in one of the nutrition science groups. If it exists, they will know.
