"Sereton - Chamomile Complex" - Any Use? Need Help

The ingredients read as follows:

Each tablet of SERETON (Chamomile Complex) is equivalent to dried:
Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) herb 200mg
Tumera diffusa (Damiana) herb 100mg
Gentiana lutea (Gentian) root 40 mg
Hypericum perforatum (St John's Wort) herb 150mg
Matricaria recutita (German Chamomile) flower 250mg
Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf 100mg
Passiflora incarnata {Passion flower} aerial parts 160mg

Does anyone believe this to be a suitable pre/post load supplement?

all the herbs mentioned are have calming properties, it would be very good for a post load with 5hpt to help with sleep and depression.
Herbs such as gingkoforte and Co enzyme q-10 are good preloads as they help in peripheal circulation and circulation form the heart.
Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) herb 200mg
Headaches, palpitations and other nervous heart problems, mental fuzziness, muscle aches and pains
Tumera diffusa (Damiana) herb 100mg

Gentiana lutea (Gentian) root 40 mg
Increases salivary flow, stomach secretion and bile flow
Hypericum perforatum (St John's Wort) herb 150mg acts in relief of anxiety, stress, nervous tension, aids in sleep and nervous tension
Matricaria recutita (German Chamomile) flower 250mg recommened for nervous problems, has sedative and anti-spasmodic properties, helpfull for innsomnia and irratability
Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf 100mg
the traditional memory herb, aids in digestive problems and nervous ailments, it is a relaxing herb
Passiflora incarnata {Passion flower} aerial parts 160mg aids in irritabilty, insomnia, palpitations, nervous stomach and hypertension

small doses of MAOIs can have a small effect on reducing neurotoxicity. but larger doses of MAOIs are dangerous when taken with MDMA
