Full body rush a few days after taking E.

This has happened to me twice now, the latest being just last night. It happens one or two nights after taking E's, as I lie in bed in that half awake/half asleep state, where you know you are still awake, yet the mind wanders into the dream state. Both times this has happened I have been having a dream, and the dream leads up to a point which, if it happened to me in reality, I'd have a strong emotional response. The first dream, I saw this ghost, and it moved towards me, and kind of jumped inside me, like Neo jumps inside Hugo Weaving on the Matrix. The second dream I was at the Casino and won a few thousand dollars in a spin on roulette. As both these events occur, instead of the normal human emotion that would be connected with the experience, I had what seems to be, a full body rush of some description. My whole body goes warm, and numb. I can't move my limbs for the minute or two this occurs. My body vibrates slightly, like I'm convulsing. The dream suddenly becomes extremely realistic - it's like I'm really there. It feels like I'm standing up, that I can touch what's around me. I can't speak, I can't move. The whole time the rush is taking place, I am in heaven. It is the most intense feeling I have experienced. After a minute or two, the rush slows down, and I am left with a warm glow for about 10 minutes, which usually sends me asleep. I wake up the next morning feeling completely normal. I', interested to hear if anyone has experience anything like this, or can put forward a suggestion as to what it is. The first time it happened, I thought it may have been just a one off. But now it's happened a second time, I'm convinced it's something to do with residual MDMA, or something of that ilk.

Initially it sounded like sleep paralysis; where u r awake/semi dreaming but u cannot move or cry out; and the dreams are very realistic.
In the medical thread there was something on this; and a few thought that past MDMA use could indeed be a factor in it occurring.
However your exp is unusual in the sense that u say its pleasurable etc. I get it sometimes and find it terrifying; usually because not being able to move is incorporated into the dream:
e.g: being robbed and someone clamped their hand on my mouth and held me; and (dont laugh) having certain tests done on me by organisms not found on this planet. Funny afterwards, absolutely horrible during.

ermmm...how come there are 2 threads with the same heading?
I replied to the other one by the way!!!!
