drug import bust....r they on the streets?

after reading Smurf's report on yellow smiley faces, i was actually contemplating if at all it could be possible that the smily faces seized earlier this week were being circulated in Sydney.
It's an amazing thought isn't it. u don't have to tell me how crooked cops r, trust me i know.

It certainly is an interesting thought....
but i seriously doubt they're from the bust. It was a hugely monitored operation and they'd have to be corrupt at the very top. I can't imagine a customs officer/cop sneaking away from the cameras with a few thou stuffed in his donut container.
I'd say a couple of importations came through at about the same time and just the one got done.
