Sorry: I don't understand technology!

I'm so embarrassed!!!! Cringing right now.
I really don't know how to use the following: computers, websites, the mouse, basically all forms of technology.

Try typing in the subject line (ie the line where you said you don't know about technology)
"Need Info - Perth - white Superman"
Then select and icon to appear next to you message, then ask your questionm then hit "submit reply" (although i think you already know how to do that)
