Where can I get 5-HTP from? Can I buy it from health food shops?

its all been said many times before. hopefully our top ten list will have a concise answer thats easy to spot.

here's a few tips for anyone else who thinks they may have a stupid question...
first up search, but thats (hopefully) obvious by now...
secondly why not email me? i really dont mind answering question, stupid or otherwise, in email, because it doesnt clog up Bluelight and waste bandwidth...
