Johnboy, I'm not sure if you're talking about the site www.ravesafe.org, but if you are, I think it's based in South Africa, but it's a global site. It's a pretty good site, mostly about harm reduction and stuff like that, if that's who you're trying to get in touch with, I think the e-mail is [email protected], but I haven't been to the site in a while.
