Speed then mdma?

I forget is it best in harm minimisation terms to have speed then mdma, or mdma then speed.
I think its speed then mdma, but i'm not sure.

i do doubt it would make an ounce of a difference...but i didn't do a search or anything.
i find that if i have speed before i go out i get really edgy and then when i'm pilled out of my head i'm still thinking people are looking at me or the people dancing near me are cops...it tends set a pretence for the night.
so if possible try not to have speed to early before you go out
