I am on 20mg Zolpidem for the last 15 years. It keeps me asleep up to 5 hours. I was wondering is extended release version any better and could it give me a couple of hours extra sleep?
It would probably help with staying asleep longer. It's a bit weaker at putting you to sleep initially though, in my experience, and more likely to make you still sleepy when it's time to get up.
