Yellow line from navel down to panty line

Hey guys.

So I've just started seeing this new girl, was messing around kissing and what not and saw that she has a yellow/tan line down from her belly button towards her panty line. She's white but slightly tanned.
I did a quick bit of research and all i can really find is Linea Nigra (pregnancy line) however this one appears like slightly darker skin pigmentation and does not extend up above the belly button.

I'm not particularly concerned, more just curious, and I intend to ask her about it anyway in some kind of diplomatic fashion. She smokes, drinks and has tattoo's.

Any other reason for such a line? I'm guessing that genetic/birth may be another cause, but outside pregnancy and natural physical pigmentation difference is there anything to worry about or any cause for such an attribute? I understand that the pregnancy Linea Nigra is due to hormonal changes (associated with pregnancy) so maybe she could have a hormone imbalance or something without being specifically pregnant, but yeah. ^

Maybe she was swabbing her nether with iodine to keep me out... Oh well.
