Xtampza to Subs wait time?

Normally take high does of oxy..ran out..got an Xtampza 18mg from a friend..still feel symptoms of withdrawal..picked up a few sub strips..how long do I have to wait to take subs? Took Xtampza about 10 hours ago..prior to that had a 15mg oxy..feel real yukky..just wanna stop feeling yukky

16 hours should do if you want to be safe about it, otherwise as soon as wd get past just watery eyes and runny nose your good to take the sub if you want to be safe about taking the sub then just take a small amount like 2mg and see if it makes you feel worse if it dosent your good to take the rest of the strip, Iv taken a sub as soon as 12 hr after last dose with no pwd

I think they say 24hr cause it will work better, or atleast comparatively to how much shittier you feel at 24hr from 12hr, subs never make me 100% anymore but that from jumping on n off the so much
