Has anyone heard of using these oxy ERs being successful to quit. Couldnt find any info. And since they're extended release would that mean it could be beneficial to quitting to help taper down?

definitely. ER morphine is even replacing methadone in some countries. as long as you have the willpower not to increase your dosage or crush them, they should be helpful in a taper. how big is your current habit and what dosage are the pills?

ER formulations can help break the habit of redosing, popping pills compulsively. They won't reduce tolerance or make it easier to stop. Using a partial agonist like suboxone or kratom to reduce withdrawal symptoms is the best way. You are withdrawing from the full agonist but not yet dependent to the partial agonist so you use it for a week to 10 days and then stop with no withdrawal.
