Xanax - Usually a Poor Decision

Almost always a bad idea for someone to use it for more than a few weeks. It will always make anxiety or insomnia significantly worse in the end.

Indeed has so many side effects, which people tend to ignore because they like the benzo high. I was no longer able to play basketball when I started taking it, lost all my coordination and dexterity. I was a good player and played most of my life. I had to quit the team.

I'm on 2mg ER right now, and of course it's a process, but i'm REALLY looking forward to getting back on klonopin; it's a far better anxiolytic.

I realize the potential health implications of chronic benzodiazapene use, but at this point I'm totally fine with it, because to me it is more important to place an emphasis on quality of life.

It's kinda like my dad once said, "if I ever get alzheimers/dimentia, promise me you'll just send me out on the fishing boat one day, and I'll know what to do from there."

Maybe that's a bit off topic, but idk it just kinda hit me hard
