Opioids Wrong product shipped....question?

Hi,
This has Never happened to me and want to share and get an opinion.
I ordered a product from a vendor who is seemingly popular, I ordered
Tramadol, He shipped me Oxycodone....He did not tell me he was out
of Tramadol, and went ahead and shipped anyway. When I received, it
looked UNlike tramadol, and after 3 emails, he told me he was out so
he shipped oxy instead. On My Next Order he will ship Tramadol.
Crazy!...He wants me to pay for the next order, and acts like he was
doing me a favor. I happen to really dislike Oxycodone. I did not receive
what I ordered and am blown away that he wants me to pay for the
next order and this substitution without my knowledge should be
acceptable!...I would have waited if he was out and never would have
approved this "substitute" any advice? - Thanks!
 
Yeah we really don't do vendor discussion and can't advise on their substitutions anyways. Though doesn't seem like too bad a guy as that was an upgrade in my opinion.
