Worried

Hello, i hope i am posting this question in the correct forum.
I recently found out that my brother is thinking about mixing 3x perc 5/325 w/ 3x 50mg Tramadol at the same time. Now for some reason i thought Trams mixed w/ anything is a bad idea, for the record i know he has a high tolerance to these both but i never known anyone to take both at the same time and i think thats why i am so worried is there some known interaction or something. I what to tell him but i don't know what im talking about. Are these two meds know to be safe when mixed?

It should be fairly safe

As long as he doesn't take high doses of Tramadol, he should be fine.

Start low and work up to the 3x tablets.
