withdrawal from my relapse of Meth

I only relapsed for about 4 days. But that relaspe hit me hard I'm dealing with a lot of depression and anxiety as well. Would taking a Xanax help me at me to help me with this withdrawl process

Yes, it absolutely will. Obviously xanax is really, really addictive, but I’m sure your aware of that. just don’t take it for more than 3 days. I hate coming down from meth without any xanax. Take one, eat a bunch of food, drink a bunch of water, and sleep as much as possible and you will feel better in a few days.

Hey guys. SWIM did a little meth around 2:30-3. It's now 1:50 a.m. still not really came down. Took a few melatonin. Ate as much pasta as I could. (Only a portion) hit a little pot. Do I just let it takes its course now? Or what? Please help. I'm not freaking out. I handle myself rather well on most substances. Just like "fuuuck my lifee" ha. Just need some advice. It's only my 3rd time. Only cause I was bored. It was Iv'd as well. Maybe a .2? .25 MAYBE .3 wasn't nothing big.

please don't SWIm here mate it affords you no protection and is just kind of a bitch to read.
just take a benzos and calm down, .2 should help - do not take any more meth.
