Kratom Will Ciprodex (antibiotic ear drops) interact with kratom? I’m not sure if the two can possibly interact thankyou!

I have an ear infection but take kratom daily I have been taking 3g twice a day so 6 grams per dose. Have weaned down this year from 8 grams per dose. I took 3g about two hours ago is it possible for the kratom and cirpodex to interact? Thanks!
 
Mainly concerned about the dexamethasone which orally may interact according to google because of the liver metabolism but I’m not sure if ear drops will be metabolized by the liver at all.
