Will both drugs (marijuana and painkillers) show up in my drug test or just one?

Not sure if I should post in the cannabis or pill section of the forums, either seemed appropriate to me.

I smoked marijuana approximately 3 days ago, but I also got my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday so I was prescribed some pain medication (acetaminophen-cod #3, aka Tylenol 3) which I have been taking periodically every 6 hours as prescribed.

I'm wondering when I take the drug test will both drugs show up? Or just one?

Can't answer drug test / UA questions, I think you know the answer anyway and are looking for a different answer than that which you feel is correct.
