Cocaine Why shouldn't you take coca leaves with milk?

I recently purchased some coca de mate online and the website I ordered it from gives instructions not to take it with milk, or with cheese, yogurt or other dairy foods. Does anyone know why this might be? Unfortunately it doesn't say how long to wait after consuming dairy foods either.
 
I'm guessing because these food items are rich sources of L-tryptophane. An amino acid which happen to be a precursor to dopamine.
 
Odd, because dairy and other antacid types of food/drink actually potentiate the effect of amphetamines, which also target dopamine
