Why do I not get horny on meth?

So, I've recently been introduced to meth and everyone seems to get horny as hell when on it. Of all the times I've done it, I've never felt horny. I just end up wanting to talk or do some serious thinking. I only smoke it and have snorted it like once, would never slam. Also, I find it impossible to get an erection whilst on it whereas everyone else seems to be fine in that department. Ideas?
 
Erections are a problem for 90% of dudes on meth, it's even nicknamed "dope dick." Your circle of friends aren't being real with you BC of embarrassment.


& sometimes when tweaking people are too wrapped up in doing shit or are too stuck in their heads to wanna have sex. That might be how you are too...
 
Lol of course they dont have trouble in bed I bet they all are twelve inches too. increased horniness is a side effect it doesnt mean youll get it.
 
It's very common to be completely unable to even get a hard on with any stimulant. It definitely is for me! Here in the UK, we call it 'phet nob'! Haha
I'm not sure how accurate this is, but I was told by someone, years ago, that part of the reason for this is that amphetamines slow blood flow to 'unecessary' organs while its in your system, and uses the extra blood flow in the brain and muscles sending more oxygen to the areas it is needed for all the extra energy it gives you.
The guy that told me that then gave me a viagra and said "that's for if you get lucky!"

Stimulants make me horny as hell, but yeah vasoconstriction can make it difficult to acheive/maintain erection. The only thing that has worked every time to counter that when on vasoconstrictive stims is benzos. As far as meth not making you horny, so what? If you like to do other things on it, do those things. Stimulants are good for getting shit doneand sometimes the horniness gets in the way of that when all one wants to do is watch porn and masturbate.

First off - Have any of you gentlemen ever tried L-Arginine supplements to prevent "dope dick?" I was taking it for a little over a week because I have terribly small, uncooperative veins and the first time I got high while on it, it was a weird high, very unpleasant. I've been curious as to if it was because I hadn't used for a long time or if it had something to do with the L-Arginine.

Lux5000 - don't even give not feeling horny on Meth a second thought! It's 50/50 for me, and only when I slam it. RDP89 is totally right!! Stimulants are good for getting shit done. Half the time I find myself immersed in an art project of some sort or wanting to get into long conversations about the strangest things. For instance, "Does Bigfoot really exist?" or if UFOs exist! ;) Go wherever your mind takes you, Lux - and enjoy the hell out of it!

Last but not least, seriously guys, don't worry too much about not being able to get an erection on Meth! I get the most awful cotton mouth, and of course the only thing my guy wants when we get high is a blowjob - not fun, and very likely doesn't feel too great for him either - and that can bring a bad vibe into it. It has nothing to do with me lacking desire and everything to do with a physical side effect I have no control over. I think, 'Trunk of my Car' is spot on in saying that erections are a problem for most guys on meth

Re. L- Arginine : an excerpt from, "Meth medicine chest"
My first two personal picks not only are helpful when using meth, but also fulfill a couple of other needs I have. The first is L-arginine. It’s a dietary supplement that produces Nitric Oxide (NO). Nitric Oxide should not be confused with Nitrous Oxide, the laughing gas. But it’s still a gas and what is does is enter the bloodstream and drop off these little bubbles on the insides of the vein walls, stretching them out, making them wider. My primary use is because I have a slight high blood pressure condition, and it allows the blood to flow smoother. But, if you’re a meth user, too, you might have figured out it works against vasoconstriction, or tightening of the veins. Many men cope with vasoconstriction when high. The more meth they use, the tighter the blood vessels, until no more blood can get through to make an erection. Relief is possible with just a couple of capsules a day, two times a day. Also, for IV users who have a difficult time finding veins, I have discovered that as the veins plump a little, they also become more visible in some areas.
 
It was my understanding that the nitrous oxide is a result of the cgmp signaling pathway which is in careful balance with the cAMP signaling pathway. Methamphetamine acts at the cAMP pathway putting the camp/ccgmp out of balance resulting in vasoconstriction. Therefore, l arginine likely wouldn't influence the pathways any more then citric acid would effect the citric acid (krebs) cycle or l phenylalanine the cAMP pathway.

Viagra and Cialis therefore, I believe works by inhibiting a enzyme called phosphatidylesterase 4 (pde4i) which causes a increase in. CGMP signaling and therefore nitrous oxide and relaxation of the veins In the penis causing increased blood flow.
 
Also, I believe methamphetamine does increase the desire to have sex because the alpha 1 adrenic receptors are involved in the start of a erection and dopamine in desire and motivation to seek out sex. But the inability to switch between. The sympathetic arousal to parasympathetic activity needed to complete a orgasm I believe results in the frustrated horniness where you might get hard but always go soft no matter how aroused you are and how much u want sex leading to that feeling of being unsatisfied
 
Low testerone maybe. When i had opiate problem stims stopped making me horny when they used to make me a fucking perv.
 
Stimulants will always make me horny; but I'm just a young buck at 22 so I'm never "not in the mood" anyways. Usually I get hornworm towards the comedown. High doses can also be too distracting and I find myself busy doing other things. If I'm not horny on speed but want to be I just have to look at some porn, and then I can't turn it off.

Cannabis is somewhat of a vasodilator. I find 2-3 hits enough to maintain an erection for awhile. I usually don't have an issue with it though, only on large doses of amphetamines.
 
if it makes you feel any better, im the same way. i dont get horny on any drugs really. its not that i cant get an erection, im just never really thinking about it. which is weird, because its not that way when im sober. i think i fall into the class of people that some mentioned earlier... im too busy thinking of stuff, and doing stuff to even really care about sex.

Crystal and sexuality are constantly partners. I personally have never had the erection issue. It DOES take a ridiculously long amount of time to ejaculate, but when I was taking it I considered that a plus because it meant the masturbation could last for hours and hours. At the time, I was a more or less a hobo supported and enable by my parents, so it didn't matter; but now I think it would be a bit of an issue. After all, who has the time to spend nine hours straight whacking off?
I found it was occasionally difficult to get erect at first, but if you "wiggle it" enough, it usually goes up. And at the risk of going too personal here, I think it might have something to do with HOW you do it as well. If you're just looking at porn and not using your thoughts, it might not be as easy. Play scenarios out in your head like in the land of imagination. Also, I seriously recommend masturbation over real sex while on this drug. In your head, other people act however you want them to, but in real life they might do or say something that's not "perfect" in that way.
I found the horny thing, for me, was only on some days (I was on it constantly for a year and a half). I also became obsessed with writing and composed a full-length novel. Sometimes I'd write for literally a week or more straight, maybe sleeping an hour or two at a time every day but doing nothing else besides that and writing. Other times, I'd literally spend all day lying naked in bed masturbating. Good Luck.
 
I get horny as fuck on meth, but it's very hard to stay hard.. And takes forever to cum. But that's the beauty of it cuz you go on and on for HOURS sometimes DAYS LOL
 
I am switching tabs between this site and pornhub while listening to a radio podcast while compulsively chewing on tobacco like a grazing cow. And i just took adderall orally so i can only imagine on meth. I think the difference between two types of drug induced horniness are a. Increasing the desire for the visual sexual arousal like porn, strippers, or getting the girl or guy from a bar
And
B. The ability to get an erection keep an erection and complete an ejaculation.

Like right now i feel much more motivated see visually sexual material then to actually have sex. And if anything id say id have a harder time keeping a erection.
