White gunk in mouth from meth smoke

I've been smoking meth on and off for the past few years and I've just noticed a bunch of white gunk in the back and on the sides of my mouth from the smoke. It's really hard to remove. Does anyone have any advice as to how to get rid of this?

May be tonsil stones? Does it smell bad?

No, it doesn't have a smell. I think it's from the meth smoke because the same white gunk was at the roof of my mouth as well and I was able to scrape it off easily, but the gunk sitting near my tonsils and on my uvula isn't coming off so easily.

Not really sure what's going on but it sounds like thrush ( candidiasis ) Check back and let me know.. I love a mystery

Meth dry mouth just means you have an overgrowth of thrush like above said. The white stuff is fungus, although it should smell kinda bad
