White-Grey Ethylon vs. Brown Ethylon

Hello,

i know two vendors which are selling different looking Ethylon. One is white-grey, the other is light brown. Both vendors claim that the purity is >98%...

Does the colour says anything about the quality? Can someone explain the colour differences?

To be clear, nearly all drugs in pure form are a clear white crystal. Other colors usually indicate impurities that were not removed by a solvent wash.


Even one or two percent impurities and turn an entire batch to another color though, so just because it's dark doesn't mean it could still be of a very high quality. Typically though, the clearer it is the cleaner it is. There are so many factors that can play into making a crystal though that it is by no stretch of the imagination an exact science and the only way to be sure is to have it lab analyzed.
