Which is a stronger anesthetic

First of all I am not asking which one to take. It would really be great if you could help me understand this question

These two drugs (Promethazine) and (Diphenhydramine) block sodium channels but the question is which one is stronger at blocking sodium channels?

Would 10uM converted to nM be 10,000nM or 100,000 nM?

And the other question is how is ions (e.g: sodium ions) different than neurotransmitters (e.g: glutamate) such as their shape,etc and anything else you have knowledge of. any input is greatly appreciated.
