Because fent is so widespread now, a lot of people have been experiencing precipitated withdrawal when trying to get on subs. Let's say you wait only 24 hours after your last fent dose and take a full sub film (8mg bupe/2mg naloxone), and subsequently go into precipitated withdrawal....what's the best thing to do?

Is it better to buy a g of fent and try to 'breakthrough' the nalaxone by doing a lot of it? or is it better to take another full suboxone stip hoping that after a couple of hours the two sub strips you've taken will have covered a decent amount of your receptors to make you fell at least better off than when you were in precipitated withdrawal? Or is there some other way that works better than either of those??

Because fent seems to stick onto people's receptors for ridiculously long times (up to a week), lots of people have been going into precipitated withdrawal when taking subs even after waiting longer than 24 hours since last fent dose and even if they already feel super sick. So, people should know what to do when this happens.
