What Would Be A Good Dosage For Extracted DXM Powder?

Me and a friend of mine are going to extract DXM from a bottle of Robitussin cough syrup, only we both have no idea what a good dosage would be to reach the third plateau. We decided on either putting the DXM in capsules and taking them or parachuting them. What would be a good dosage to take to reach the third plateau for BOTH methods?
