Misc what pill is this?

I found a bottle of pills and after searching for a while online I still can't find the exact pill I have here. Its round, blue, blank on one side with a star outline on the other. I don't know if I can post a pic of it on here or not. This is my first time on here. The bottle has a Mexican lable tapped over an ibuprofen bottle, the label says steroids but didn't know if it could be X in the bottle. Before I found these, the room smelt a little like cigar and a strong odor of burnt. Yes this is my roommate that's fixing to be out on his ass.
