I am wondering what this is? Thinking its a crack, or meth pipe.

It looks like a broken meth pipe that has been melted by a torch. Also it could be for hot rail for meth. Meaning you light the end snort the meth it evaporates and goes into the lung and you get a huge dose to the lungs. Back in the day those where my preferred choice but not no more. Been thru a meth induced psychosis and never want to go back there.
