Hi guys,
so i recently started using Phenibut again once a week for going out. My biggest breakthrough with this substance until now was when i discovered that the effects are much better when the dose is split into 3-4 single doses during the whole day. This seems to not only help eliminate unwanted side effects such as dizziness but also enhance the euphoria that can be felt from it.
Still though I'm trying to figure out the best timing and ideal total amount for the day (2-3g) on which i intend to use it.
I have no idea how widely Phenibut is used around here but anyways i'd love to hear what dosing methods you had your best results with.
