What is this?

I cant seem to pin point exactly what these are, I found them in an unmarked bottle.
They arent mine but im curious.

Even still, it could be a fake and could literally contain ANYTHING.

We have no way of identifying pills over the internet. If a google search of the pill markings doesn't bring any results then there's nothing we can do. Just put them back where you found them.
