Heroin What is this shit? (Heroin, Fent Powder)

So I went and copped a bag of H or what I thought was H from my guy this morning and when i got home and took a closer look I realized this isnt the stuff I've been getting , this stuff is white and has a sparkle to it the way pills do. I thought I got fucked completely I thought it was Tylenol or something of the sort. But when I added water to get a shot ready to test it out it dissolved completely and left no trash in the spoon. It had an odd taste like kinda sweet but kinda bitter like medicine. Any ideas on what this could have been? I do feel a little high but I didnt get a rush at all.
