What is the lowest ceiling dose for codeine

For example I think most people the ceiling is 500 mg but I think mine might be much lower as I have been taking low doses 280 mg well a low dose for me but anyway when I go over 300 mg Ive started to notice I get a lot more side effects and what not so I wanted to know the lowest possible ceiling dose and work my way from there.

I never reached it, but for a long time the number was 400 mg.
