What is a nice recreational dose for adderal for a second time user?

We don't do 'how much should I take', but this is pretty much an HR question. I would say 15-30mg given your inexperience and presumed lack of tolerance, no more than 40mg. There's a dosage summary >>here<<

Assuming you absolutely have zero prior experience with any amphetamines, CFC's advice (15-30mg) will be your safest bet ^
...Not to get overly technical, but there's a lot of variables to this. Your height and weight play a huge role, too. Also, the answer to your question can only reflect your tolerance, which is truly unknown.
