What drugs downregulate the 5-HT2A receptor the most?

All of these compounds cause tachyphylaxis but maybe a partial agonist or silent agonist would cause long-term down regulation.

One thing that has interested me for a long time is the 2 isomers of DON. 2CN was described as 'tofu' but I'm interested in the (S) isomer & maybe with the N-methyl. I THINK the body can attack the -NO2 a bit easier than DOM. That would certainly be much weaker, but I'm interesting in it's binding.
