A tear drop might be as much as 2 points (2/10 of a gram). For an inexperienced user this could be enough to send them high for 18 hours.

Injecting that much will give an inexperienced user a euphoric rush that flows through body like a heat wave. Likely with concentration of heat around the genital area. Their vision might blur, they may cough involuntarily, they may break out in a sweat immediately.
