What do you call DXM body load?

Lots of times I heard DXM is hard for body, it causes high body load? What does it mean, what is "DXM body load"? Is it itchiness, nausea, high BP and increase in HR caused by DXM or something else?

Body load is just a term for the effects a drug has on your body. So yes for DXM it would be itchiness, nausea, increased heart rate, etc.
