I know ghb had been described as a mix between alcohol, weed, and MDMA. What exactly are the aphrodisiacal effects? People say it just makes your more horny but does that just mean more confident? Do you actively ask people for sex, or just become annoying to people or are you just more suggestive?

It increases sensitivity and decreases inhibitions so sex feels better and is easier. It also seems to increase blood flow and performance. Definitely increases confidence. Delays orgasm and makes you feel animalistic. Honestly it's my favorite sex drug by far.

Animalistic like on weed or more? I guess maybe a bit like amphetamines?
And presumably not everyone is affected with the same libido/desire...

Very different from weed, no similarity at all. I pretty uniformly hear that it increases libido, but we're all different. It greatly reduces inhibitions, which is a big part of it. It's not like it's going to make you start uncontrollably propositioning people though, unless that's something you already are prone to doing. In which case, you should avoid GHB.
