Wet vs. Dry Weed

Hey good people, whats up

What does wet weed smell & taste like? I highly suspect that I got some. When I first smelled it I thought it was just some weird smelling "skunky" stuff. It looked like decently good high grade-not crazy good stuff but pretty good. It doesn't look necessarily like out of the ordinary stuff, not too dark green & in some areas a nicer light green. It smells odd, not like weed at all really. Definitely has a planty, earthy sort of smell to it but weird-sort of irony/bloody. I'm not really sure how to describe it. When grinded up it doesnt really spread out nicely inside of the grinder like the stuff I am familiar with. & it doesn't fall out nicely either when hit on a plate. When squished it doesn't spring back to it's shape. Smoked it tastes kind of harsh, not like how I'd think stuff like this looks would taste. Burns fairly easily. It doesn't burn up to a gray ash-it's like a black ash.

How can I dry this stuff out & how much weight will I lose? (total is 6 grams but it looks like a normal 6 grams.)

Any suggestions/tips/answers. Thank you guys!

Just leave the bag open for a while until it's dry. Cause It's wet.

Smokes best when the stem can be cracked without snapping in two.

the stems cracks in two easily as if it were dry. but yeah, I guess it's wet.

How much weight will I lose? Like I said it looks like a normal 6 grams (I weighed it.) Will the nugs shrink in size?
 
Usually it doesn't change much at all, just gets drier. Weird that the stems crack easily already though. If it squishes down flat real easy, it's wet.
 
After it is dried how do I make sure it gets no mold? it smells the same just less pronounced. definitely drier after laying on a piece of newspaper for 8 hours approx. but still is kind of harsh smoke.
 
If it's fully dried, then mold shouldn't be a problem . Mold occurs usually from wet weed being kept in a place that stays moist enough for molds to thrive. If u dried it already then just make sure it's mold free by looking over all the nugs careful, and then store it in a dry place to prevent any growth. If there is some mold, throw it out. Don't risk ur health over getting high. U can always go get more , non molded weed, at least it can't be that hard if you smoke with any regularity, to get more to replace ur molded shit. But if dry, just check for mold and if there's none, smoke away on that harsh crap haha.
 
Lol. "Smoke away on that harsh crap" Yeah the taste is still kind of harsh-no mold though so that's good. I forgot to actually scale it out so I'm not sure how much weight was lost but I don't think much... Atleast I hope not.

Dry weed will help your eyes bleed so you can feed your brain in need.
