Trying to find methadone or suboxone private doctor. I don't want to go to a clinic bc I want to keep my problem private. I am trying to find a doctor or something/someone like that to help, where I can get subs or methadone so I can taper down to eventually stop taking pain meds. Can anyone please help??? Please save the nasty comments for someone else.

Best thing to do is google psych doctors in your area. To get on bupe, they have to have specialized certificate in order to prescribe it. Start making some calls and inquire if they are accepting new patients for maintenance. I have to close this as we can't suggest specific doctors for you, not going to be nasty to you. Wish you luck!
