Ways to enhace absorption, duration (half life) and potency.

hello, hope everyone is well... I would like to kindly ask more experienced people for ways to potentiate or prolong the effect of Morphine and Methylphenidate (INTRAVENOUS VIA) I already know that the synergy of both works VERY well. Morphine Rush is much more intense combined with methylphenidate... Lately I've even been taking ketoconazole to block the CYP enzyme and prolong the effect. but I can't see anything significant. Some tips?
