way to avoid skin to skin contact std's?

I know that condoms don't protect against genital herpes and genital warts. However, I read on a pua forum by an experienced seducer named Johnny Soporno who has slept with 2,000 plus women that the way he avoids skin to skin std's is by washing his genitals and area around them with warm water and soap after sex and well after sex cuddling. He claims to never gotten any std in his whole seduction career using this. Does this strategy sound like it holds water? Thoughts? Input? Anything is appreciated :)

Condoms do offer some protection, just not complete protection. There is apparently some evidence for prophylactic antiviral therapy (in HSV-negative people, not just the infected partner) reducing the likelihood of HSV transmission, and I've also seen latex garments that cover the whole area like a pair of shorts. And of course there's the HPV vaccine, which insurance should cover if you're under 26.
HPV and HSV are both frequently asymptomatic. There is no test for HPV in men, and HSV is problematic to test for outside of outbreaks. So there's a pretty good chance that this guy is carrying one or both. They're endemic.

you cant get away from them though there are vaccines available.

how can you have sex but no skin to skin contact. what the fuck?

Cut a hole in a shower curtain, whatever you put through the hole is covered with a condom, glove etc?

Invest in a funky scrotal shield - I'm sure that when you wear this, you will not be getting any STI's

If you wear that Bear you won't be getting laid either hehe ;)

its true that many skin afflictions can be greatly reduced and/or prevented with a simple hot water and soap treatment....

for instance... poison ivy / oak .... if you wash the skin thats been subjected to the leaf/vine within 20 mins , you won't have simptoms...

Just make sure its water thats nice and hot, and good soap ... and that you give it a thourough cleaning, and then make sure leave it bone dry when all is said and done
