In the Netherlands, ergine is legal (It's also legal in Canada, but listen on)
This means many shitty people take it on themselves to sell ground ergine into capsules and not tell anybody anything about the substance, instead promising a "trip". What they don't realize is that the ingredients also include guarana, while some formulas include caffeine. Both of these are responsible for vasoconstriction, and will exacerbate the vasoconstrictive and nausea inducing properties of hawaiian baby woodrose seeds. As a result, many who take these get severely sick, nauseous, and endure cramps.
Dosing on ergine is very different from LSD, there are very few similarities. For ergine, you must lie down and stay down for at least the first 3-4 hours of the trip, only when the effects subside can you stand up and walk around, and enjoy nature. Lying down is recommended to prevent applying pressure on your limbs, which can be a painful experience if not careful.
